What we do
Vigo Living is based in Ottawa, Ontario, and has been creating smart spaces since 2009. Our vision started at the University of Ottawa, where the founders saw a gap for quality, minimalist living that was neither too cheap nor overpriced. We set out to offer well-designed spaces that combine value and the right amount of room.
With a strong, collaborative team, Vigo Living focuses on value creation and innovation at every stage of development. We’re committed to enhancing tenant experiences through technology while improving our internal operations.
Fully vertically integrated, Vigo Living handles design, construction, property management, and leasing. We’re currently building Canada’s largest portfolio of purpose-built microsuite rentals, with a portfolio valued at $1.5 billion.
